Katie was an instrumental part of nearly every one of our projects, and more so she was the embodiment of Pitch Her’s values. Katie brought compassion, warmth, joy, absolute efficiency, hard work, ingenuity, unflinching honesty, advocacy, familiarity, intelligence, respect, organization, and unbeatable bear hugs to every project she worked on. Katie pursued a better, more inclusive world with clear eyes and an overflowing heart. She was an admirable advocate of the arts and a very proud alum of Otterbein University, where she earned a BA in Theatre and a Minor in Film Studies.

The Katie Falter Memorial Fund will be used to establish a Theatre Scholarship to honor Katie's memory and advocacy by helping a rising senior with financial need pursue a BA in Theatre at Otterbein University.
